(Hagane no Renkinjutsushi
to those who prefer the Japanese) became one of those wildly popular series (à la Naruto
, and Dragonball
) that swept across the anime community, consuming many in its path and spitting them out as rabid fans of proportions biblical. I did enjoy it, so some merch. did I procure. Scans here of said merch.
All these come from items that came with the first limited edition tin case. The first image is from the OST included with it while the others are from the booklet in the first DVD.
A promo, this is, from a past con.
A set of smaller-sized shitajiki here. For the first, we have the indomitable and heavily armoured, quite literally, Alphonse Elric
. Next comes his brother, Edward "Fullmetal" Elric
, followed by Jean Havoc
and Riza Hawkeye
of Roy Mustang's
command. Next come the loveble and quasi-sane Maes Hughes
with the definitely insane but equally lovable Alex Louis Armstrong
, a state alchemist like Edward Elric
and Roy Mustang
, whose command he is under. Bringing up the read is Mustang
himself. Following this set sits a larger shitajiki, clear for the most part, featuring Mustang
and his command along with pal Maes Hughes
A clear folder here with the military boys, Mustang with cloak on the obverse and Hughes with requisite Alicia picture and flexing Armstrong on the reverse.
This particular clear folder was quite true to the name, with but a border and bottom-located Ed on each side, the rest clear. To make up for this is appears they added an insert to the thing. That insert, both sides of it, consists of the latter two of this quartet.
An art print, here, and a bugger to scan. It had a holographic background which, no matter what I did, refused to come out decently. Alas, what you see is what you get here.
I wasn't sure what to classify this as so I figured "clear print" would do nicely. It's a large art print of sorts save that it is clear plastic. Gotta love Armstrong and his crazy sparkles.
